Oglala Sioux Parks & Recreation Authority reserves the right to change or close seasons and/or units at any time, including harvest limits, as appropriate for the protection of Tribal resources.

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

1.      To report poaching or violations after hours or on weekends, contact the dispatch at (605)455-2311.

 

2.      Accidentally killed and seized game will be distributed on the basis of elderly and subsistence needs.

 

3.      Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation is unlawful.

 

4.      Non-tribal member/non-tribal residents hunting licenses are only available through the Oglala Sioux Parks & recreation Authority office:  PO. Box 570 Kyle, SD 57752,

5.       Fishing licenses from the previous year will be honored and allowed a grace period that expires on January 10th of the following year.

 

6.      Reservation license distributors may charge an agent’s fee of $1.00 for each license/transport tag sold.
