> Elderly subsistence licenses are available on a free gratis basis at the OSPRA office in Kyle ONLY. The ranger staff will facilitate elders requiring assistance in obtaining proper licensing.

Game range personnel and others involved in guiding hunters may facilitate the licensing process for their clients.
