Birgil Kills Straight "When I come into the office I think of the issue of the day or time, the moment. I think about the staff, their well being, as well as the Board, as well as the animals, the buffalo. That seems to happen more often, if a person stays and thinks about it. Staff is the important part of my life. Also if you are traveling with a person,that person is in your thoughts.”	Executive Director Duties: Overall Supervision of the Organization. Personnel management, program management and fiscal management of Parks & Recreation.Works with and receives direction from the Board of Directors. Maintains a Lakota perspective in operations and priorities of the Oglala Sioux Parks & Recreation Authority. Promotes public relations, Lakota culture and Development.
Corrine Ruff "I enjoy working with the buffalo and being outdoors with the wildlife. It offers me a sense of peacefulness and security.”	Executive Secretary Duties: Answer phones/deliver messages.Type correspondence. Mail in/mail out. Arrange meetings/lodging/travel. Recording Secretary for the Board of Directors. Cook/cater meals.
Carmel Cuny “The reason I like working at OSPRA is because of the wildlife and buffalo. Even though I do not work with the wildlife personally I like the idea of being outside with nature... My hopes for OSPRA are that someday there will be enough resources to take care of the wildlife and the land.”	Comptroller Duties: Bookkeeping, Accounts receivable, accounts payable, all accounting aspects of the organization.

Dr. Trudy Ecoffey "My job is to keep the tech team and biologists working as a team and keeping us going forward on the grants from the US Fish and Wildlife grants which are currently the Igmu Tanka (Mountain Lion) and Sungila Tokala (Swift Fox) projects. Also, I am working on keeping the Biology/Research Division moving forward and getting funding to work on other projects. "	Senior Biologist
Rob Goodman “I get to work outside and with the wildlife too. I’m not stuck inside. My job changes all the time. The variety---that’s what I like.”	Biology Division Duties: I help our Biologist Supervisor. I’m Foreman of the Tech Team and I coordinate with our other Biologist. We are working on the Mountain Lion project to get some of the animals collared. We are conducting a survey to see if we have any swift fox on the reservation.

MJ Bull Bear “I enjoy being outside looking for something, looking for a Mountain Lion. I love being outside, just love being out there. It’s fun, enjoyable. Whatever the boss tells us to do, that’s what we do."	Biology Tech Duties: I help collar Mountain Lions and track them. We are looking for Mountain Lions and Swift Fox.
